Basketball is a high-intensity, high-agility activity that teaches children coordination, concentration, and cooperation.
Participation in sports by children and adolescents is associated with a range of documented physical, emotional, social, educational, and other benefits that can last into adulthood.
Playing basketball teaches more than just team work. It helps children learn endurance, fine motor control, increase balance, improves coordination, and develop social skills that can be used in all areas of their lives.
Our girls basketball program is on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Grades 3 -8 are welcome.
Boys teams are on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM & on Fridays from 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Grades 4-6 and high school students are welcome.
